Philadelphia Eagles Week 2 Injury Update
Thankfully there is not much to report for the Philadelphia Eagles on the injury side.
Backup quarterback Vince Young is still not practicing from a hamstring injury that he suffered in the final preseason game against the New York Jets.
Defensive end Darryl Tapp is also not practicing. He tore his pectoral muscle in week one. Don’t expect him to play against Atlanta on Sunday night.
Linebacker Akeem Jordan is back to practicing. He suffered a slightly sprained right shoulder last week but should be good to play this week.
Wide receiver Steve Smith continues to make strides but is not fully healed from his microfracture surgery during the offseason.
